There are still episodes featuring the franchise's fun humor focused around the quirks of those among the Bokuto Police Station and how criminals react to their predicament when crossing Natsumi and Miyuki. The comedy with these specials tend to be a little more hit-or-miss as there is a noticeable increase in fan service for the episodes and a nice number of them feature the girls dealing with perverts and lingerie thieves as a result, as well as Miyuki noticeably acting a bit out of character by demonstrating a vicious streak on any criminals that cross her. These mini-specials add nothing new to the You're Under Arrest franchise as they serve entirely as comical filler looking into the everyday developments of Miyuki, Natsumi and Bokuto Police Station.
